Year 4 children have spent the last 10 weeks learning how to play the samba drums. Henry from NMPAT has taught the children how to play each instrument that make up a samba band.
He used catchy rhymes to teach the children the rhythms to help them remember.
On Wednesday 25th March the children had the opportunity to perform in front of their parents and the rest of the school. They all performed enthusiastically, and it was a chance to show off all of the hard work they have put in.
