Before half term, our 'Artist of the Week' was Billy Lockett and today we were privileged to have him perform in our assembly. Billy is a local artist from Northampton and has just completed a UK tour. He has been playlisted on Radio 1 and has supported acts such as Lana Del Rey, Birdy and KT Tunstall.
Billy performed some of his new tracks and then spent some time answering questions from the children. It was an amazing experience to have an artist perform live in school and one that the children will remember.
