“On Wednesday 15th April, we got onto the minibus which took us to Towcester. We then got off and found a spot on the field where we practiced playing rugby. At first we couldn’t pass or catch but after a bit of practice, we soon got the hang of it.
On our first game we won 4-2 and we also won the next two games. On our next game we drew 5-5 but the other team had a point deducted, so we ended up winning 5-4.
We got into the second highest group where we lost two games and won the rest. We reached the final but lost 5-3 so came second overall.” Alfie
